BOARDING
Ruxton Animal Hospital provides boarding services for our clients and understands that a stay away from family can be stressful for both pets and their parents. Minimizing the stress of every pet who steps through our doors is the priority. Our Kennel Technicians and all other staff members make it a priority to provide a happy, comfortable, and stress-free experience for your pet.
Dog Boarding
Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, and so do our housing options! Our spacious runs provide a larger area for big dogs or any dog who needs a little more wiggle room, and our smaller kennels are perfect for friends who prefer to feel cozy and safe. We take each individual pet into consideration when evaluating where they will be the most comfortable. Every pet is provided with a soft place to lay down, water 24/7, and a minimum of three walks per day. Our Kennel Technicians dedicate time to each pet to fulfill their unique needs. For some elderly patients, that could mean extra traction in their kennel and more frequent bathroom breaks. For friends who are a little more shy, some one-on-one cuddle time may be exactly what they need.

Cat Boarding
Feline boarders can make themselves comfy in our Cat Condos, equipped with small shelves to perch on and cubbies to hide in. This area is separate from where the dogs stay, so our feline friends can have some peace and quiet. We use pheromone diffusers and sprays to make their experience more relaxing, and we have a variety of toys to make it more exciting!
