Admitting / Discharge Hours:
In the morning please wait until after 9 a.m. to drop off or pick up your pet so that we can attend to our other guests after their night stay.
In the evening, please plan on coming at least one hour before we close so that we can get everyone settled in for the night.
If you would like your pet to be bathed, please plan to pick him/her up after 12:00 p.m. If this is inconvenient, let us know and your pet will be bathed on the day before you pick-up.
